On November 14, 2024, the Filipino World Travelers (FWT) held an exciting meet-up at Swiss Life Arena in Zurich, Switzerland. It marked the first time FWT Co-leaders Luisa Yu, Abigail Friedrich, and Dondon Bales gathered as a leadership team. They were joined by Founding Members Jocelyn Bernal and Teddy Garcia, along with Affiliates Josephine Llorca and Stevenson Van Derordar.
A highlight of the Zurich visit was when Abigail and Dondon met the Philippine Ambassador to Switzerland, Bernard Dy, during their stay in Zurich.
Additionally, Abigail made a courtesy call to the Ambassador at the Philippine Embassy in Bern, the capital of Switzerland.
The meet-up was filled with enriching conversations, shared experiences, and plans for future adventures. This gathering in Zurich not only reinforced the bonds within the FWT community but also celebrated their shared love for travel and cultural exchange.
