On July 4, 2024, Members and Affiliates of the global community of Filipino World Travelers (FWT) based in Dubai gathered for their first meet-up. This vibrant event was attended by FWT Founding Member Bien Garcia Perez and Pia Dina Montemayor, along with Affiliates Kevin Lagumpay and Raymond Naputo. The group enjoyed a delightful dinner at the world-renowned restaurant Din Tai Fung at Al Ghurair Centre.
Following the dinner, the attendees engaged in photoshoot sessions featuring a 3D model of the FWT Photo Frame at some of the city's most iconic landmarks. They captured memorable moments at the world's tallest structure, Burj Khalifa, and the Museum of the Future, arguably the most beautiful building in the world. The meet-up fostered a sense of community and shared passion for travel, further strengthening the bonds within the FWT network.
