On July 1, 2024, Filipino World Travelers announced Kach Umandap as its first FWT Ambassador. An FWT Ambassador embodies the spirit of the brand by promoting the mission and vision, engaging with the community, forging partnerships, advocating for responsible travel, and sharing exclusive insights and experiences.
Kach was one of the speakers at the "Padayon Cebu: MICE Cebu Tourism Forum 2024" hosted by the Cebu Chamber of Commerce, held on July 3, 2024, at the Mactan Cebu International Airport. This event aligns with FWT's vision of promoting travel as a force for good.
Kach recently visited her 192nd U.N. country in May 2024. She is on her way to becoming the first Filipino to travel to all countries using solely a Filipino passport, as well as the first and youngest woman from a low passport index country to complete this feat. Kach is preparing to visit her final country, Sudan, in the next few weeks, once it is safe for her to do so given the country's current civil war.
